Dr. Shaun Danquah is a visionary leader, community researcher, and social innovator committed to redefining how research and community empowerment intersect in modern society. As the Founder and Director of Centric Community Research, Shaun has built a pioneering research hub that places ethnic, underserved, and underrepresented communities at the centre of research design, delivery and impact.

With over 15 years of experience in community‑led research and social innovation, Dr. Danquah’s work spans grassroots mobilisation, collaboration with institutions, and influential public scholarship. His journey began with community regeneration work in the UK and has since extended internationally blending lived experience with deep cultural understanding to address systemic inequities and racial disparities.

Driven by a philosophy that trust, cultural intelligence, and community voice are essential foundations for meaningful change, Shaun steers Centric’s mission to empower communities through research, mentoring, entrepreneurship programmes, and ethical co‑production methodologies.
